Please review these terms before purchasing your ticket or attending Affiliate Expo 2026.
01Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern ticket purchases and attendance at Affiliate Expo 2026, organised by Appledot Studio (the “Organiser”). By accepting these Terms at registration, you agree to comply with them. If registering another person, you must have their permission to provide their details and inform them of these Terms.
02Tickets and registration
Each ticket admits one registered participant. Provide each participant’s full name, mobile number and email address accurately. Registration is confirmed upon full payment and is subject to availability. Your ticket number is your official reference.
03Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider; we do not store payment card numbers. Receipts are emailed to the payer after payment confirmation. Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period.
04Cancellations and refunds
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except for cancellation by the Organiser under Section 8 or where required by law. No refund, credit or exchange is provided for non-attendance, late arrival, early departure, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the programme, unsuccessful sample or prize applications, or removal for a breach of these Terms.
05Transfers and corrections
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned or assigned to another person. Unauthorised resale may result in cancellation without refund, subject to applicable law. Corrections to the registered participant’s name spelling or contact details may be requested by email at least seven days before the event. A correction does not permit a change of participant.
06Admission and verification
A unique admission QR code will be emailed to each participant approximately one week before the event. Each code is valid only for its registered participant and cannot be shared or reused by another person. Bring identification for verification. Contact us if your code is not received or you cannot access your registered email.
07Conduct and eligibility
Participants must follow venue rules, safety instructions and applicable laws. The Organiser may refuse admission or remove anyone for violence, harassment, intoxication, ticket misuse, unauthorised selling, promotion or recruitment, or other breaches of these requirements. Refund restrictions in Section 4 apply. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who also holds a valid ticket.
08Programme changes and cancellation
The programme, speakers, exhibitors, activities and venue layout may change. Routine programme changes do not entitle participants to a refund, subject to applicable law. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the Organiser cancels the event entirely, participants may choose a refund of the ticket price paid or credit for a future event. Travel, accommodation and other incidental costs are not covered, except where required by law. Events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery; this does not override the cancellation remedy or any statutory rights.
09Product samples and exhibitors
Admission does not guarantee product samples, gifts or goodie bags unless expressly included in your ticket package. Samples are subject to each exhibitor’s eligibility criteria, approval and available stock. Exhibitors operate independently. Sample, commission and collaboration arrangements are between the participant and the relevant exhibitor.
10Educational content
Sessions are provided for education and information. No income, sales, audience growth or business outcome is guaranteed. Examples and case studies do not assure similar results. Speaker and exhibitor views are their own. Content does not replace independent financial, legal, tax or medical advice.
11Prize draws and promotions
Prize draws are subject to the published eligibility, selection and claim rules. Winners must be present and verify their identity within the stated claim period. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred, unless stated otherwise. Appledot Studio employees, their immediate families and participating exhibitors are ineligible for the main prizes. Unless stated otherwise, winners bear applicable taxes and ownership or delivery costs. Decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
12Photography and recording
Photography and video recording will take place for event reporting and promotion. Images, video and audio may be used by the Organiser and its appointed media partners for these purposes without payment, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Notice. Inform the registration team if you do not wish to be recorded. Restrictions on personal recording will be communicated at the venue.
13Safety and personal belongings
Participants are responsible for their belongings and must follow all safety instructions. Please notify us in advance of accessibility or support requirements. Responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury is subject to applicable law and Section 14.
14Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser’s total liability arising from a ticket or the event is limited to the ticket price paid, and excludes indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice, which should be read together with these Terms.
16Governing terms and contact
The version accepted at purchase applies to your booking. Later revisions do not retrospectively replace those terms. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, subject to rights that cannot be restricted by contract. The Bahasa Melayu version prevails in the event of a discrepancy. For enquiries, email convention@appledotstudio.com and include your ticket or order number.
